Josh took the mystery out of Medicare and explained the structure in non-technical language. Turning 65 had me scared of the unknown. What is medicare all about? Do I need a supplement? Part A, Part B, Part C. While I had turned 65, my husband was also in need of a short term plan until he turned 65. Josh sat down and listened to all of our concerns. Josh was amazing. He was very patient with my mom each year on choosing a health plan. We had been to all the different presentations on healthcare and still had no idea what each of the terms meant. He explained co-insurance, co-pays, deductibles, prescription plans, and supplements to us in a way that we were able to understand. He was able to use my mom’s information about her prescriptions and doctors that she was currently on to explain in actual facts and not hypotheticals how each plan was different and the pros and cons of each.
